A dated property and an evicted tenant called for some extensive improvements to happen in a short period, in order to fill the vacancy quickly and increase the rental rate potential. The client currently lives out of country and was unable to oversee the project. Working closely together with the client, the East Vista Home Services Team helped provide practical recommendations that ensured the property was pleasing to prospective tenants, available immediately and within budget.

Prior to the tenant leaving, all resources were lined up, to reduce the vacancy time. Once the previous tenant vacated, our team went on site and conducted a thorough Outgoing Inspection.
